"I have been a customer of Daniel Reza for many years. Edie and most recently Rita have been the agents that have taken care of all my policies. They are very thorough, courteous, and answer all my questions every single time. I have e-mailed Rita if the office happens to be closed and she or Edie always respond in a timely manner. I have referred family and friends to Rita and like me are very happy with the services and prices provided."

"I hate to be that person to give a bad review. Its just a personal experience. I have the premium plan. My car insurance went from $85 to now $95 out of no where without notice. I got a crack on my windshield so I went to a business in the parking lot outside of a mall and it said "Free with Insurance." I contacted Daniel Reza insurance and told them about the crack and they didn't want to pay for it. They said I have to put $500 down. They gave me a different number to contact to file a claim and their voice numbers to press for directions was not working. I thought to myself, ok I'm paying $95 a month to this insurance, and they don't want to pay $90 to fix the crack on the windshield. Doesn't makes sense... I was upset."

"Thank you for your response and I am so sorry you had to go through this bad experience; unfortunately quite a few windshield repair centers advertise like this and mislead customers. It looks like you have a $500 deductible on your automobile insurance. I would like to extend an invitation to come by the office and requote your insurance with a lower deductible. It Is standard practice with SF to notify customers 30 - 60 days in advance of their upcoming renewals. I apologize if you did not receive your notice. This happens sometimes when customers move. Please don't hesitate to call our office to review and explain your automobile insurance policy and to verify your information is correct so that your are happy with your coverages and deductibles."

"Great customer service and super knowledgeable! I recently had to shop around for a new home insurance policy and I'm thankful to have chosen this particular office. Although all their staff is very polite and knowledgable, I'm especially thankful to Priscilla Mata. She was patient in answering all of my questions, she made it easy for me to understand the differences in the policies offered and she didn't make me feel pressured like other places I tried. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍"

"It's been a couple of months that I have been a client with Mr. Reza State Farm and it has been the best experience, from being able to call and ask for help understanding my policy to calling and asking for something as simple as an insurance card because I missplaced mine.
